Photographic development
Since the early 1980s I have been taking photographs initially only privately, then also in a professional context. Over time, photography has played an increasingly important role in my life.
In the 1980s and 90s, I attended courses on analog photography, including working in the darkroom.
More intensive involvement with photography and training followed:
Current
I am currently exploring the possibilities of representing movement.
The focus is on dance movements. But I am also exploring the possibilities of making static motifs appear to move in time, reducing their immediate recognizability and unambiguousness.
People
Portraits, but also people “in action”, for example at concerts or other events, interest me just as much as street photography.
